Travels and AdventuresTraveling has always been a part of Dale’s and my life. Over the years we have enjoyed many adventures around the globe to typical tourist traps and more remote, off the beaten path destinations. Follow along. We'll share with you some of the more recent and outstanding ones.
The most recent was Norine’s trip to Sea World with all of her kids and grandkids.

In the spring of 2004 Norine spent a wonderful few days in Evansville visiting with old friends.

Tom picked Norine up in Evansville and they returned to Nashville for a wonderful few days, highlighted by a trip to the Great Smokey Mountains.

In 2000 Kara, Ashley, Shannon, Vance and Norine went to Disney World. This trip was special as it was the children’s first visit there and it was the last outing Norine had with the grandchildren before loosing her vision.

Paul Gore invited Kit and Norine for a wonderful winter adventure in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

When Dale and Norine were married in 1994 they enjoyed a week long honeymoon cruise and visits to several ports of call in Mexico.

Dale and Norine enjoyed several excursions along the coast between Florida and Mississippi and in and around Charleston, S.C., Savannah, Ga. and New Orleans.

In 1993 Kara and Norine took a tour of Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland), followed by a trip to visit family in Ireland.

Over the years we have had many opportunities to visit Great Britain on our way to or from Ireland.

While Tom was in the US Air Force, stationed in Sicily, Kara, Shannon, and Norine went to visit him, and traveled around Europe on a summer of Eurail passes and hostels.

I have enjoyed many fun trips with my good friend Dot. One of these was to Hawaii.

Another trip with Dot was to Alaska. Dot’s mother, Mildred, and my mother, Kit went with us on the fun adventure and cruise.

In 1981 Norine took a trip out west with her four children. We traveled around the western states and enjoyed many of the national parks, and memorable experiences.
